Not One More Vet (NOMV) is a nonprofit organization focused on mental health and suicide prevention within the veterinary profession. Their mission is to improve mental wellness in veterinary medicine through peer support, crisis resources, education and training, workplace wellness programs, financial and emergency assistance, and community building. NOMV doesn’t just offer support—it equips veterinary professionals with practical tools and knowledge to manage stress, build resilience, and improve workplace wellbeing. Utilizing programs like Lifeboat, CLEAR Blueprint, Veterinary Mental Health Support (VMHS), and other educational resources, NOMV has become one of the most recognized mental-health advocacy groups in the field.
