By opting in to SMS messaging from your veterinary clinic powered by NectarVet, you consent to receive text messages including appointment reminders and confirmations, treatment and vaccination reminders, lab result notifications, billing reminders, and other communications related to your pet's care.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and clinic communications.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact your clinic directly.
- Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may continue to receive veterinary services without opting in to SMS.
- Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our full privacy policy.
- Supported Providers: Major US and Canadian carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
