Sample Day: 

Wake up and swim in Kings Bay with local manatees. Eat outdoors at a bayfront restaurant and walk off lunch at Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. There you’ll find a number of Florida’s endangered species on display, including its namesake animal, the elusive Florida panther. Conclude by taking a shuttle bus back to the Orange County Convention Center for a final seminar before the day’s official programming ends. Evenings allow time for less structured networking opportunities with your peers.

VMX began in 1982 as The Eastern States Veterinary Conference, bringing together veterinary professionals from around the world to Orlando, Florida. To register for the Fetch National Harbor Veterinary Annual Conference: 2025, you’ll need to pay an admissions fee. The fee varies depending on your professional status. There’s also an early-registration discount until July 31, 2025, for all tiers. Vets, vet owners, and vet partners pay a $375.00 fee to attend. The price rises to  $450.00 after July 31. Staff, practice managers, and techs pay $175 and $200 after July 31. Students, graduates, and veterans can attend for $100 or $125 after the early registration fee ends.

Attendees can register for the whole symposium (four days) or a single day.

If you plan on going to SWVS, remember July 31. If you register before that date, early-bird discounts apply ranging from $250 to $490. Pricing is based on your professional role (e.g. veterinarian, technician, practice manager). After July 31, prices increase from $300 to $590.

Is It Free to Exhibit at SWVS? 

It is not free to exhibit at SWVS. Companies that sell veterinary products and services must pay a booth fee, which starts at $2,600. Nonprofits get a discount and pay a reduced rate of $500. 

First-time exhibitors must fill out the New Exhibitor Application. Returning exhibitors don’t need to submit another form. They only need to contact the SWVS staff at angie@swvs.org.
